About Quantum PLC Module

Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured through strict production processes. The internal circuit incorporates advanced anti-interference technology, resulting in very high reliability. Quantum PLC also features hardware fault self-detection, providing timely alarm information for failures. It can be programmed in the Concept of peripheral components for fault self-diagnosis, offering protection beyond the PLC circuit and equipment, ensuring high reliability for the entire system.

All modules support hot swapping without system downtime, reducing workload and simplifying maintenance. LED status indicators provide visual feedback for CPU and I/O template channel status, facilitating quick maintenance.

Quantum PLC offers complete supporting facilities, comprehensive functions, and strong applicability. Critical systems such as river water intake and condensate fine treatment utilize dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supply, redundant remote I/O, plus dual Ethernet to ensure safe and continuous operation. The advanced two-machine hot-standby system features simple configuration and convenient operation. Through two identically configured module sets forming primary and secondary units, the host CPU handles program operation and I/O communication while updating the standby CPU's status and data via the hot standby module. The standby monitors the host's status and immediately takes over if the host fails, with switching time shorter than one PLC scanning cycle to avoid logic operation impact.
