The SDJ-3BS/3LS vibration monitoring and protection instrument is a general-purpose device constructed with a standard chassis design. Each monitor features two independent channels (A and B) with separate LED displays, providing comprehensive vibration monitoring capabilities.

Application & Installation
For rotating machinery, vibration amplitude and intensity are fundamental indicators for measuring overall mechanical condition. The SDJ-3BS/3LS unit utilizes signals from two independent SG-2H vibration velocity sensors to provide continuous monitoring.
For comprehensive protection, two vibration sensors should be installed on a single bearing housing. Installation can be either vertical or horizontal orientation. Optional QBJ-3BS protective cases with glass doors are available, along with SG-2H sensor mounting bases measuring 40*40mm to accommodate both vertical and horizontal sensor placement.
Monitoring Principle: The device continuously displays vibration amplitude for each channel on LED digital displays, using signals from SG-2H vibration velocity sensors to monitor rotor vibration characteristics in industrial machinery.
